For more than 25 years, I worked directly in property management, including large residential communities. That experience taught me what HOAs and managed properties require before a service professional can work on-site—including proper licensing, insurance, documentation, and approval.

I’ve also met many homeowners who simply don’t have family nearby or a trusted person to help them sort through all the choices.
